Comfortable boot but not quite the quality of material I was expecting for the price. Perhaps because it is a waterproof boot it feels a little rubbery to me. Toe is very round.

These boots are so comfortable, even with the heel. Added bonus is that they are waterproof! The leather is nice and soft. I would recommend these boots!

Love these boots. They are so comfortable and look great. They fit my skinny calves very well.

These quality boots are very comfortable. I wore them 10 hours on the first day and could have worn them longer. They fit well, especially for people with skinny calves. An added bonus is their soft sound on wooden floors.

I have a hard-to-fit foot and have never owned a pair of boots. My calves are also small. This is absolutely the perfect boot for me. I am so happy. I love the style and the quality, beautiful boots. Also, the heel is not so high that they are not comfortable. The left boot is the perfect fit, while the right boot seems a little big, but I've always had an issue with that in shoes because I have one foot larger than the other. It's just more noticeable with boots. I believe with a good pair of socks, both boots will fit well, or I may try an insole. I can't wait to go out and buy some skirts and some skinny jeans to go with my boots! Also, Zappos shipped these boots to me overnight at no cost. Awesome customer service!

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
