Shoe Size: Felt true to size

Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support
These are my favourite shoes. I even bought another pair. The Response Trails flex nicely without hurting the arch. The soles provide awsome traction and a medium level cushioning. The shoes are very light and vent very well. Very comfortable, but also a solidly built shoe.

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
