I ordered these for my husband in an 11. He has other Tsubos in size 11, but the 11 in the Rumford was way too big. They are being exchanged for a 10. Zappos' customer service is the best! The order arrived in less than 24 hours. I do not anticipate any problems with the exchange.

These shoes were just as cool as they looked online, felt like slippers right out of the box! They are not the most supportive shoes, but I dig them all the same!

These shoes are great! They fit perfectly. They were sent to my house in three days. Very fast. I wear them with jeans and they are sporty and casual. I will buy the tan color next.

I am an avid sneaker collector but had never heard of this brand. If you buy these you'll probably be the only one with them in your crowd. They look great and are extremely comfortable (feel almost like slippers) but are not overly supportive, so you may not want to wear them for hours and hours or if you're going to be doing a lot of walking. They're great for a casual night out. I normally buy 13s in a sneaker but found these a little big. I probably could have gotten by with 12s.

This shoe really rocks! It's lightweight, stylish in a sporty way, and most of all, comfortable. There is literally no break-in period. Just open the box and wear. And, of course, Zappos is the absolute best! Fast delivery and an awesome company.

However, I was astounded when I found the shoes at my front door this afternoon. How did you pull that off? No one is this fast… no one. Is there a flying caped Zappos team member drinking espresso shots all night moving shoes about the country?! WOW WOW WOW!!! TEAM ZAPPOS – YOU’VE JUST EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. The only name in my book and blasted all over my face book and twitter is ZAPPOS because I ordered my shoes and ZAP, they were at my door.
