These shoes are great. My son originally had a pair of Adidas that gave him really bad blisters after using twice. These shoes are both comfortable and perform well. However, the real reason for my review is Zappos...this is the best internet based company I have ever dealt with. They promptly credited me for the defective Adidas shoes and shipped these overnight for free. What a company. I won\'t shop anywhere else for shoes again..

Easy and fast! This is a great way to shop for shoes. You order them one day and the next day you have them in your hand. If they don't fit, you send them back with no problems or extra fees. As far as this particular product, it came in as specified.

I love Zappos! Ordered the shoes on a Tuesday and my son wore them to practice Wednesday night. I'm not a soccer expert, but my son's coach looked at them and said "nice." They fit, they are comfortable, and most importantly my son loves them! As for bright orange, I can find my son on the field at all times! Thanks to Zappos for helping me avoid dragging my son all over town trying on soccer shoes; so not what an 11 year old active boy wants to do.

Wow! What a great way to get shoes! I was hesitant at first when my husband told me he ordered my daughter shoes. I thought they wouldn\'t fit or she wouldn\'t like them, but I was wrong. They are perfect. She ordered orange soccer shoes - orange and black are our school colors. They arrived quickly; were packed nicely; are well-made; and they fit!\r\nThanks Zappos!\r\nKim (from Ohio)

My boy has delicate feet and gets blisters on his heels easily. It took some trial and error, but we finally figured out the cause. Soccer shoes that have an absorbent heel are 100% effective at eliminating blisters. These Nikes have a nice thick adsorbent heel and they're the only shoe he's been able to wear the last 3 seasons. We've had white, blue, and now orange. They're all good! Many youth shoes have a solid vinyl interior including the heel. These fail to remove moisture from the foot allowing the skin to soften and initiating blister formation. Excellent shoe for blister prone players.

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
