Love the Easy Spirit boots. I have extremely wide feet, EEEE, and the Easy Spirit boots fit and are comfortable, even with woolen hand-knit socks (which tend to be bulkier). I have to walk 1.5 miles to the bus, and I can attest that these boots are great on snow. They're good on most ice conditions, although on the really slick ice I still have to use get-a-grips, but I've never found a boot that works well on slick ice. Love 'em! I was thrilled I could get them in the right color this year; usually they sell out really fast.

This boots look really cute, but after walking for a long time I had pain, maybe because of my facitis, but I had my orthotics in it. Probably for a peron without a problems will be fine.

I love this boot, but it is too big on me. I find this brand runs big. I have a wide width and bought the 6B and 6W. Even the 6B is way too big on me and Easy Spirit does not supply this boot in a 5 or 5-1/2 to my disappointment. This boot is very comfortable for walking, which is what I need. I would recommend it for someone with a bigger foot.

Great boot! So comfortable. This is a great boot. Just like all the Easy Spirit items: it fits great, feels wonderful and is so comfortable. Very sturdy bottoms, will keep you safe walking on snow or ice, or even in rain. I'd suggest you spray with weatherproofing before wearing outside in wet/snowy weather. You'll love this boot!

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
