This is a gorgeous shoe but didn\'t fit me well. I am a size 10. The shape of the toe was uncomfortable and pressed against my big toe in a painful way. Ordering the next size would have been too big. I\'d give it a try because it is a very pretty, rich looking shoe.

Not at all happy with these shoes! They were too long, too wide, and too stiff. Basically they had no redeeming qualities at all. I know I have purchased this brand before and have had much better results, but not this pair. Plus the patent leather smelled HORRIBLE - that nasty chemical smell that patent leather can sometimes have! Had to send them back. Good idea that just did not work for me. If you decide to try them, recommend that you consider sizing down a half size to start. And don\'t have narrow-ish feet!

 |  | I just want to say that both my daughter's family and I think you are wonderful, and have been loyal customers for some years now. It all started when she kept getting such personal, caring service from you that stood out from normal online interchanges, and so even though there are competitors she could go to, she stays with you as do I. From our end, it feels like you are one huge caring entity of human beings, quite a contrast to another online retailer, for instance, which seems like a huge robotic entity.
