I ordered these boots for my 89 year old mother and she loves them. She has small feet and is happy to get shoes in her size.

	Hi Zappos, I am having printer problems and payday is not until Wednesday so I will try to send back my purchase next weekend. Meanwhile, I want to compliment your company and your telephone staff. Whenever I have called Zappos I do not feel zapped or trained at the end of the conversation as with some other companies. Your telephone specialists are very knowledgeable and equally courteous to me. I have been a National Sales Manager for a telemarketing firm so I really know firsthand the importance of a capable staff. You got it Zappos! Have a merry week.
