I wanted ballet style shoes to wear with leggings. These look good. I ordered my normal size; they have stretched out some but are still snug (note: I usually wear shoes that allow my feet to spread). They were relatively comfortable after just a bit of wearing in. They have a little extra padding which is nice, but no real support. But they are worn for style, not function so that is what I expected. Overall, pleased with quality of materials and craftsmanship.

Zappos has a courteous and knowledgeable customer service team. The shoes I ordered were shipped very quickly. I will definitely order from Zappos again.

The Trotters Carlee shoes are great! They are true to size and width. They are great when paired with leggings and big shirt.

with Zappos. I discovered your store online a couple of days ago. I noticed some sandals that I wanted, and decided to call. The rep who assisted me in placing an order by phone was very professional, informative, and patient. She also extended an invitation to the VIP Club. I was expecting my order tomorrow (Tuesday).
