I love these shoes! I was searching for a comfortable pair of shoes to wear with dress slacks at work. These are perfect! They were comfortable the day I took them out of the box and continue to be my favorite pair. I also love shopping at Zappos.com! Their customer service is second to none.

I have worn Trotters for years because of their fit and style. This shoe is the great quality I expect from Trotters and the fit is just right for my narrow foot. I will wear these to work as well as with jeans.

I usually have good luck with Trotters shoes, but the last couple I have tried have run long and narrow. I had to send them back and I am glad that Zappos makes it so easy to trade shoes.

I'm having to return these shoes I ordered in size 7B (my usual size), in the Navy. A beautiful shoe but they did not fit, too long and too narrow. Also they were not "soft" as advertised, but very stiff. I've worn the same style, size, etc., in Trotters before and they were great. Don't know what happened with these shoes. Great service by Zappos as usual. I will continue to order from them.

 |  | My first experience with Zappos.com was during the winter a few years ago when I needed a pair of silver sandals to wear during the holidays. I saw Zappos.com advertised at the airport and thought to see what they were about. The rest is history. During that search for sandals I had as many as nine pairs here to try. They came the day after I ordered them via FedEx and those I didn't choose (I ended up with two pairs) I put back in the box, taped it shut, attached the prepared return label they had enclosed with the shipment, and dropped them off at the packaging store that same day. They were gone almost as easily as walking away from a pile of tried on rejects in the department store! Since then I use them more than 70% of the time when I am shoe shopping. There really isn't anything quite like trying on shoes with the clothes in my closet as well as trying for fit and comfort. It's an ideal way to buy shoes and I highly recommend it!
