Trotters takes pride in the shoes that they put their name on. Good fit, good leather, and most of all comfort. I know that any style they make that is a 9N is going to fit. That is accomplished by a company\'s attention to detail so their clients have assurance that they delver the same fit everytime, I own these shoes and more. I purchse Trotters confidently.

 |  | I know many times all you hear about are complaints, but this note is just to let you know that out of all my experiences with websites and purchasing online (which I do a lot of), your website, your ordering process, and your return process is the easiest I have ever experienced. I just a placed an order, and it was just like “1, 2, 3,” and I had made my purchase. I have ordered from you before, and unfortunately had to make some returns, but it was a breeze to return. Don't think I will ever purchase shoes from another retailer again. Thank you for such pleasant experiences!!
