This shoe fits like a glove and is very comfortable. My only regret is I had all three colors in a 10, but had to reorder in a 9-1/2, and could only get black. Great shoe for the price! \r\n

These are incredibly comfortable shoes. They run a little narrow, so I had to exchange for a wider size, but Zappos made that process very easy. I can walk all day in these shoes! They are dressy enough for work, but look great with jeans, too.

Very comfortable and the size and width were just right. The first time I had them on it felt like I had worn them before; no breaking them in and I could wear them and they didn't feel new.

They are a bit snug at first, but after wearing them for a day, they were comfortable and fit my feet like a glove. I ordered this shoe in 3 colors and would purchase it again if another color I like becomes available. I am impressed with Zappos selection and delivery.

Very comfortable shoe. True to size. I have plantar fasciitis and have trouble finding a 9 1/2 wide shoe that fits well. But I can wear these shoes all day long and they don't hurt my feet. And you can't beat Zappos free shipping both ways and their quick service. I usually receive my shoes 2 days after I order. Where else can you find that service?

Great shoe if you order size wider -
I wear a medium width shoe, but after reading the reviews I decided to order this in a wide (which I would never order for any other shoe). Thanks to everyone for the tip The shoes arrived and they fit perfectly with no gap on the sides that I would normally have with a wide width. Very comfortable and great looking, but they definitely run very narrow.

This is a very cute shoe that can be worn with a variety of outfits, from jeans to pants & skirts. However, do pay attention to the reviews that state that this shoe runs very narrow. The AA width here is extremely narrow, & the black is even narrower than the brown. I usually wear a 6AA, which I ordered in both colors, but am returning this size. I am re-ordering both the 6 & the 6.5 in a Medium width, hoping one of these sizes will fit. \r\n\r\nI am planning to wear this loafer & a trouser sock with jeans & casual pants. This shoe is nicely constructed with very soft leather.

An absolutely lovely looking shoe: beautiful leather and workmanship, made my big feet look smaller, good height heel for someone with a bad back. But the right shoe was incredibly narrow; usually Trotters are fine for me (I have a bunion), but not this one.

I needed a nice loafer for casual work days and these are perfect! From the minute I put them on pure comfort. I tend to have a wide foot and these seem very true to size.

Trotters - Never again!
Before I purchase a shoe I always read the reviews; the reviews for this shoe were all very favorable. They must have been talking about a different shoe than I ordered. Opened the box and took the right shoe out; said to myself: "oh oh, this will never fit, looks way to narrow". Boy was I right. I am a small size five, in fact I could take a 4.5 if I can find it. This shoe was not only too narrow (ordered a M width); but to small all around. Could not even get my foot into the shoe; had to look to ensure I did not leave packing material in the shoe.

My husband, David, buys most of my shoes and this one was a winner. It felt good on my tired feet the first time I put the shoe on. With bunions, you never know when the shoe will fit without hurting. Thanks.

This Trotters shoe is true to size and comfortable. Trotters is the only company making a dressier loafer with a bit of heel. I always have people asking where I got them.

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
