Excellent quality. I love the style. I had to return because they were too large. I reordered in another size. I wish they had more support in the arch, but overall they are quite comfortable.

This is the 3rd pair of shoes I have ordered from you. Only one did not fit when I got it and I shipped it back with no problems. I love the Trotters I just bought and plan to order the same shoe in black. They are perfect for wearing to work. Because I have a narrow foot, I only have 2 stores near me that I can buy from and they usually are out of my size. Therefore, I now look on Zappos when I want new shoes.

I have an extra wide foot, high instep, and bunions. This is a great basic pump; good quality; vamp isn't too high and the WW is a true EE. I bought them in Mocha and Red; colors were right on. Would have bought black, but they were sold out. Wish they came in gray and wine.

I love these shoes! I have a difficult time finding shoes to fit my small, wide feet (not to mention an ugly bunion). A 5 wide in a stylish shoe is just about impossible to find, but I can wear a 5 1/2 in a medium width if it's not too narrow. I've had good luck with most of the Trotters styles I've tried (a couple of misses), but "Janna" was a hit from the moment I put them on, and they were comfortable all day the first day I wore them. I bought two pair; I'm buying two more and wish more colors were offered (especially gray)!

 |  | I love your Company and have ordered several things. I am dealing with kidney cancer and am always looking for red shoes to make me feel happy when I am getting chemo. You have always been able to help me. Your staff is amazing and last month I ordered a pair of red sandals and just recently received a box filled with little gifts to make anyone feel better. Your team member also sent me your 2008 Culture Book with a beautiful note. I have been reading all the uplifting notes that many people wrote in the book and can't believe that there are so many wonderful people out there. I also worked for a company who had core values that we all had to follow, but when I got cancer, this health company did nothing to help me through this time. They recently stopped my disability because they said they only allow two years. I am now going to live on my social security of $1,400.00 per month. I sent the CEO a letter requesting an extension and was told they have done all they could for me. My Chemo pill alone costs $6,000.00 per month and I have to stay on the expensive Cobra so that I can get it. Soon that too will expire. I just know that I have such high regard for your company and Zappos. Thank you for being who you are and I wish I was close to Las Vegas to visit your place and thank everyone personally.
