This shoe is very cute! For me, the fit is a bit big in the heel, so I exchanged for a 1/2 smaller, which was a mistake. It would have been better to get my size and stuff the toe a little bit. Still love these!

 |  | Dear Zappos Customer Service, You are just great! Thank you for upgrading this order for priority shipping. I also wanted to send a much belated thank you for a service you did for me about a year ago. At the time, my son broke his leg very badly and we needed some "basketball breakaway pants" to put over it so he could go out of the house, as the cast was quite large. We couldn't find them anywhere, but my mother found them on your website. She called to order the pants and when she told you of our situation you sent them immediately on overnight delivery at no charge to us. While that may seem like a small thing to you, it was a HUGE thing to us and we were grateful beyond measure. Thank you for your kindness.
