These are very comfortable shoes. I have severe foot problems due to previous fractures and have difficulty finding shoes that are supportive, yet light-weight and not orthotic looking. These are perfect. Very attractive with the patent accent, too. They felt comfortable right out of the box.

 |  | I just wanted to write in because I have placed many orders in the last couple of months and returned several of the pairs. I am leaving for a trip to Paris in a couple of weeks and I've been searching for the right pair. I've not had much luck, but I wanted to let you guys know that it isn't because I've been unhappy with my shopping experience with Zappos. Quite the opposite actually. Because your customer service and purchasing/returning policy is so great - I just keep coming back. So thank you, for making life easier for those of us who lack the time to run around to the various shoe stores around town. You really make my life easier and give us all one less thing to worry about.
