I tried this boot on 2 weeks ago and they are fabulous! They feel so comfortable and look great. I plan to buy them close to Christmas. I wish they were priced a little more affordable. I have tried many boots and paid high only to have them take space in my closet. This boot is a keeper and a lifer for that price!

Bottom line perfect boot, you need not read any further in my review. A little background on my shoe buying experience. I am 5,10\' average weight and I go for comfort & style, no exceptions. God had humor and he created me with a sz.10 foot, medium/wide, with a very high arch and a very high instep (if you don\'t know what it is, you are lucky), so boots are out of the question if they do not adjust on the top. I bought this shoe in sz.10 and although the shoe runs true to size (I have close to 7mm in the front, which Mephisto recommends)the back of my heel is propped to the very edge making it very annoying. I will take back sz.10 and get 1/2 sz or 1sz up. The boot looks and feels precious! It has a swede look but is apparently waterproof, looks like I can dress it up and down. You will not regret the exorbitant amount of money you will invest in this piece of art. I have half a mind to name my unborn child "Mephisto Linda" even though its a boy.
