I didn't buy these shoes at Zappos, but Nine West doesn't have a review section (I think it's nice to be able to read other people's experience on merchandise you are planning on buying for yourself). I had been looking for a pair of flat shoes that would be both comfortable and stylish. I liked that these shoes had a pointy toe and the sole seemed thick enough that it wouldn't fall apart with the first step, so I decided to buy them. I received them in the mail and I was really disappointed. First of all, the synthetic leather is really stiff and it doesn't curve or taper to your foot comfortably. Second, I have worn these shoes with and without nylons and I still get blisters all around the edges of where skin and shoe meet. I have been having a really hard time breaking these shoes in, I can't stand to wear them longer than two hours, I have to switch over to sandals due to my skin breaking. Maybe my skin is too sensitive, but I would recommend trying other brands or styles.

Love this flat. Not too pointy in the toe, nice rubber sole for non-skid and not too narrow in the width. I wear a 5.5 and these fit perfect. I can walk all day and my feet aren't hurting.

Ordered my size, very roomy but also pointy and going down half a size probably would make them too tight on the toes. Had to return them unfortunately, as red shoes are scarce! Nice quality and the red is not too bright.

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and cant figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. Im new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isnt always good to want things!
