I finally got to wear the sandals and they were quite comfortable. The straps felt loose but they never came off my feet. However, the sandal that I purchased was a size smaller and I am happy that I did. The leather is soft and beautiful and would highly recommend this sandal. The sandals are worth the money spent.

These shoes look really cute, and I get compliments almost every time I wear them. They are also quite comfortable for a flat sandal. The backs don\'t rub at all on me, but they are a little bit loose because my heels are so narrow. If you have slender feet, you might want to think about going a 1/2 size down. Otherwise, they are some pretty great shoes!

Great but... This is actually part 2 of my review. Although a few users noted the straps falling off at the back, mine do not; however, they have definitely stretched. Also, they are comfortable, but after wearing them for about 9 hours walking in NYC - not so much. They weren't painful however, due to no arch support, they aren't recommended for walking for extended periods of time. One caveat: if you intend on wearing these day in and day out as I have, the sole will wear out rather quickly as I have noticed. I will definitely get this resoled as I love the style!

Bought the Jacey sandal based on color. I'd read reviews and was concerned only with the back strap staying on my heels. Well, the back strap doesn't stay on my heels. So I bought something from good ole Dr. Scholl's and that seems to help. The shoe is beautiful and basically comfortable. It's not good for all-day walking as it has no support in the footbed or arches, so wear it to a friend's barbecue or short trip out.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Though not the same style, if you're looking for sandals you can wear all day, try Mephisto. They are definitely worth the bucks. And if you're looking for high style, no company has surprised me more with its outstanding comfort than Stuart Weitzman.

These are very comfortable!! It's FRYE and worth the price! The only thing which is not a problem and something another reviewer mentioned, the back strap always feels like it is going to fall off, however it really does not. I love all FRYE items...and never had issues with them! You won't regret this purchase, trust me!!!!!

These sandals are great! I bought 3 pairs in different colors as I love how well they fit. I've found them true to size and they don't rub. The colors are all natural shades.

I got these sandals and I was super excited. I wore them for 1 day and they stretched out so much I had to return them. The back strap also falls down and it is so annoying.

Three words: spend the money! I know, I know, it's a lot of money, and I hesitated too. I am so glad that I bought these. They were terrific from the get-go, despite my many foot issues!

Good quality sandal, but maybe a little narrow -
I've got wider feet and when I first tried these on they squished my toes and arch. I actually had them gently stretched at a shoe repair place and they started to fit my feet a lot better. The sling back style heel seems like it's going to slip, but actually if I just let it relax into its spot it stays and I can walk as I normally do. I like them, but think that if you have wide feet or a high instep this may not be an ideal shoe.

I got the neutral color and love it; it will go with everything all summer! It hides all the things I hate about my feet. It looks great with capris and I'm sure it would look great with skirts as well. I wear a true 8.5 and its fits me perfectly here as well. No break in period, perfectly comfortable, afraid there would be no support but that is not true. I wore them all day and my feet did not hurt or blister, no problems. The leather is very good quality and the hardware is a beautiful touch without looking gaudy.

Love, love, love these shoes!!! Haven't had huarache sandals in YEARS...so glad they are back in style for a while! These shoes were comfortable immediately...I was a little concerned that they might need a while to be broken in...but not the case! I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

I was a little nervous when I ordered this item because I am not used to walking in such a flat shoe.
Also mostly I have a narrow foot so I thought ok I'll try these but odds are they will be too wide in the heel.
Much to my surprise they fit and are very comfortable. The sole has a bit of cushion and they don't slip off the back of my feet as I anticipated.
I love the look and I can wear them with dresses shorts and jeans. They are very authentic looking and the leather is of high quality.

Normally I am an 8.5, but I bought Frye sandals last year and the 8.5 ended up too big, so I ordered these in an 8 and they fit perfect. The heel strap feels like it might fall down, but it is only on one shoe and may be due to narrow heel. Looks good with jeans and clam diggers. Have not tried with a skirt.

Love the shoes but the leather in the heel stretched out right away and they are now almost unwearable. Order a size smaller than you normally would.

This is a well made sandal. It's comfortable and it is just what I wanted. Was interested in this sandal because it is made for Frye... a company that is known for its quality.

Really Comfortable -
I just received his shoe and it is really comfortable, soft and no "breaking in" period. I loved it so much, that I also ordered it in avocado. Just a note though, my foot tends to run wide so it is great for me. If you have a narrow foot, it will be too wide for you. The size 7 was just perfect. It can be worn with a skirt, shorts, jeans, and just about anything else.
