Ordered these jeans for my husband. Zappos' service is unbeatable. The jeans were perfect, just like the ones I used to have to lug through the mall each year. It was such a pleasure to just send in my order and have the jeans delivered in a couple of days. Zappos is the best!

Come on, they\'re Levi\'s. Okay, they don\'t fit as well as they did when I was 15 years younger, but that only has to do with the fact that they now make \'em in Outer Jeanostan or some such place, it has nothing to do with my body. Funny, I noticed the same phenomenon when my belt manufacturer moved off shore...just buy a pair.

 |  | I just wanted you to know that Zappos.com "wowed" me recently. I have been looking to improve the customer experience in my company for years, but until recently haven't
taken the necessary steps to make it happen. In the last month I have contacted many well known customer service businesses to foster ideas on how to better care for our customers, and ZAPPOS.com has risen to the top for me. You not only sent me some of your 2008 Culture books, but you didn't charge me a cent, and I made sure that I presented this fact to the team at our daily morning huddle. I was also most impressed that Tony signed the book(s)!!! Wow. I want our company to be known as following ZAPPOS.com's lead, and be better at caring for the whole individual as we care for their health needs.
