As much as I love Clarks I have to give this particular shoe a bad review. They look fantastic as long as your pants cover the deep black trim which clashes with the sort-of dusty looking color of the leather. The uppers seem tough and are nice-looking. However, the sole of the shoe is wimpy, without the substance and support for which I look to Clarks. They feel great just to try on, but I don't think I could walk comfortably in these shoes for even one day...

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for the exemplary service I received during my recent order. I hadn't ordered for some time, and decided to check out your website to find a pair of Teva sandals. I found what I was looking for and figured I would get them in a week or so. I was so surprised to get your e-mail informing me that they would be shipped sooner than I thought. Little did you know that I was leaving for vacation on Monday, and having these sandals has made my vacation a little nicer. Thank you for getting these to me quicker than I had hoped for.
