As much as I love Clarks I have to give this particular shoe a bad review. They look fantastic as long as your pants cover the deep black trim which clashes with the sort-of dusty looking color of the leather. The uppers seem tough and are nice-looking. However, the sole of the shoe is wimpy, without the substance and support for which I look to Clarks. They feel great just to try on, but I don't think I could walk comfortably in these shoes for even one day...

 |  | Can I just say, I have always hated shopping for shoes until I stumbled upon Zappos. Zappos has changed the way I shoe shop. Since discovering Zappos, it is the only place I shoe shop. No more dragging from store to store to find the right shoes and the right size. I love Zappos! I have ordered dress shoes, boots and casual shoes from Zappos. On occasions I have had to return shoes because they just were not what I wanted; either they did not feel right or they were not the look I wanted. The return policy is so easy and Zappos does not make you feel guilty for returns! P.S. My husband even shops from Zappos now. He cannot believe how great the customer service is. We love you Zappos!
