Cute shoe but the size was easily half a size too large. Normally I wear a 9.5 or a 10 so I ordered the 9.5 based on other reviews. The shoes were too big to even determine how comfortable they would be.

I bought the nude color, and it is a very flattering shoe. The toe area is narrow while the heel area is a little wide- I needed heel pads to keep my heels from slipping out. I haven\'t worn these outside the house yet, so I really can\'t report on the long-term comfort, but these shoes do have a little bit of padding which I\'m sure helps if you are on your feet all day. Overall, it is a very beautiful and flattering shoe!

The platform makes this high heel quite comfortable. Runs a bit large; common for this brand. I usually wear an 8 in a flat, but go up to an 8.5 in a heel. With this brand, an 8 in the heel was just fine. Zappos service, as always, is beyond compare.

I ordered the NW Bonfire in charcoal gray to match a charcoal sweater dress. The outfit was wonderful, received several compliments about the shoes, but ladies, the size does run larger. I wear an 8.5, so I ordered a 9, walked completely out of the shoes. If I would have read the reviews (which I always do) before I purchased them I would have ordered the 8.5 instead, but they are still great shoes. I will have to put slip guards in the shoes, but I'm keeping them. And they are extremely comfortable for high heels.

Smoking hot and very comfortable. I usually wear a size 8, but they do run a bit big, so I will be exchanging them for 7.5. I don't normally wear shoes this high, so when I say they are comfortable I mean it.

Bonfire is surprisingly comfortable. I am a true size 8 and ordered the Bonfire in size 8. I found the shoe to be a perfect fit as is the case with all of my Nine West shoes. However, I generally do not wear pantyhose with my shoes. The Bonfire in grey suede is gorgeous and I am really fighting the urge to purchase this shoe in black suede for it's that comfortable and beautiful. I am disappointed that the Bonfire did not come in a brown color, unless its already sold out.

I love these shoes. They do run a bit big, I am a solid 9 and have been forever in Nine West shoes, but the 9 is a bit large. I am keeping the 9, but may think about getting a gel pad for the toe so my foot doesn't slip. They look hot!

These shoes are adorable. The heel is high, but it has wonderful support. I wore them all day and I have absolutely no arch. Received a lot of compliments, too! I'm going to get them in black as well. I currently have them in black and white; which up close looks like a herringbone pattern.

I got these in black suede and am looking for every excuse to wear them. They are very sexy but also really comfortable, despite the high, thin heel. I\'m not a big high heels wearer but these are perfect. Ordered a size 8.5, my usual size, but they were too big so had to send them back and order an 8, which fit great.

Gorgeous Shoe, but this is the first Nine West pair that I actually had to purchase gel inserts for the ball of the foot and heel. Now with both the inserts, my foot won\'t slip out.

I wear this shoe fairly regularly to my outside sales job (I'm on my feet pretty much all day!). They are very comfortable, especially for the heel height. The platform in the sole definitely makes them feel shorter than they look. Very classy looking shoe! Does run a half size larger than normal.

I am really in grey this season so when I saw these I jumped on them. I have skinny feet so when it comes to a peep toe I usually wear an 8 1/2. I was bummed when they didn't have my size, but I really wanted them so I order a 9. Good thing, because the 9 fits great. So to go along with other comments, they are 1/2 size smaller than marked. Only thing is the color in the picture almost looks like a lighter grey. Especially the picture on the homepage. In fact, it is actually a darker grey. So if you are looking for a light grey shoe, this ain't it. But overall great shoe, great fit, and can't beat the free shipping and no tax.

I bought this in black/gray in size 6.5 which is what I normally wear. This was true to size and incredibly comfortable. I wore this all day at a wedding (both ceremony and reception) and my feet did not hurt at all. Beats my CL pumps!

Smokin' hot peep toes! I received these the day after I ordered them. Zappos is fantastic! These shoes are hot. I love them! They look fantastic on and they do seem to run a half size larger. I ordered my regular size 8.5 and they slipped at the heel, so back these go, and I can't wait to get the 8 I ordered. The heel is high (so don't expect to wear these all day), but the platform helps with comfort, making the heel feel shorter.

Ninewest never fails me...I always am a half size smaller in EVERY one of their shoes..and they fit like a glove and have to be one of the MOST comfortable brands out there...8+ hrs!! Bought the Herringbone ones and they are just classic fit..appropriate for work too..Only thing is the front is a lil bland but you can totally clip something on and off..thinking a black mini bow or gem and I am looking foward to that!

These shoes were the perfect combination of style and comfort. Even though they have a decent size heel, the front platform takes care of any comfort or walking issues. Very sexy shoe. Note: Order a size smaller. I always always wear a 6.5 and even with others' remarks, I ordered my usual size and had to swap them out for a 6. This shoe works best with a little foot pad, so to keep your foot a little further back in the shoe.

I bought these in the black and white herringbone material print and they make my legs look long and great. I'm very petite and was impressed with how they made me look. With the platform, it makes them stable to walk in.

I was surprised by how comfortable these shoes are given the heel height. The platform sole and extra cushioning make these easy to wear. They're very flattering with both skirts and pants. I usually wear a 9.5 but sometimes order a 10 since my feet are just a little wide, not wide enough to order a wide. I ordered a 9.5 medium and found it plenty roomy for me, maybe a little too roomy. I'd say it runs a half size larger than expected. The heel feels a little stiff and my foot came out of the back of the shoe when I walked but I expect using foot petals in the heel will fix things.

I was looking for a platform pump and all the heels were so high. They were 3 3/4" to 4" above the platform! Who can balance in that? Also, I have really small feet. I usually wear a size 5 1/2, but I tried on a pair in the store and they were too big. So I ordered a size 5 online and it fits perfectly. I agree with a previous review that these shoes are fairly comfortable for being 3 inches high! Obviously, they are not running sneakers so don't expect to walk around in them for more than a couple hours. All in all, they are totally sexy! Zappos is awesome as well. They did not charge me tax and upgraded my shipment to overnight priority for free! I love this website!

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable. I have worn them several times and has not been hurt once. I bought the grey suede and it just looks really classy. If you are thinking of buying these, just do it! I usually wear a size 5.5 and the 5.5 fit perfect!

These shoes are fabulous. I normally wear a 6.5 so that's what I got and the fit is perfect. I purchased this in black/grey and it looks sizzling hot. I wore these to a wedding and received compliments and my feet did not hurt at all! Nine West shoes are excellent and very comfortable. I own a pair of Christian Louboutin, but I love these shoes way more and they are more comfortable!

I just purchased these shoes today in black suede, and I'm incredibly happy with them. I'm usually somewhere around a 7 or 8, and I got them in 7.5. They're slightly big, but then I tried on the seven, and those were too small. My feet tend to be on the wide side, so I'd have to say that these pretty much fit true to size. They're surprisingly comfortable, as well. I haven't worn them for too long yet, but so far, they're really comfortable. You don't feel as if you're wearing 4.5" heels. Basically, they're really sexy.

Lovely, sophisticated looking pumps! The platform makes the heel feel lower than it looks. I rarely wear anything over a 2.5 inch heel, but will do a 3 inch heel on occasion. As such, I cannot wear these for hours on end, but they are fine for an evening out Regular heel wearers will have no problem. I ordered them in the black suede and the gray suede. The gray was GORGEOUS, but didn't work with the outfit, so I kept the black. Also, at this price, they look like much more expensive, designer platforms, and I'm pretty picky about quality.

I bought the Blue Synthetic Bonfires and the color in the picture isn’t even close to the real picture. Also, I bought them a 1/2 size smaller because of all the comments on them running on the large size, however, they ended up a bit small so I would have stuck to my normal size had I known that! All that said, I get compliments EVERY time I wear these shoes as they look AWESOME!!!

 |  | My order was placed on a Thursday at about 4pm and the shoes were on my porch the same time the VERY next day. Right after I ordered them you sent an email stating that the order was being shipped out right away with NO EXTRA CHARGE TO ME. This excellent customer service must cease at once. I am just not used to it. The shoes were ordered for me to wear to my daughter's wedding and I was hoping that I didn't wait too long to find dressy shoes for my wide feet. The shoes are lovely and perfect.I have ordered from Zappos in the past and as I recall was equally pleased, and have spread the word about Zappos’ quality and customer service (esp. to my wide footed friends).
