PERFECT RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX !
Okay, I wear an 8 because, after I had my son, my feet flattened out. I have a narrow heel but the pad of my foot is wide. Also I have small toes so it's hard to find shoes to fit and look good. The other problem is I was in an auto accident and have problems with balance now so all of the beautiful shoes I have I cannot wear. I took a chance and ordered these. I love platforms that are fairly even without a heel. These are beautiful and fit like a dream. The only regret I have is because the sole of the foot is not a wide lug sole I may have balance problems in them but PLEASE ORDER THIS SHOE ! You won't be sorry it is WONDERFUL !

 |  | I have told friends and family about Zappos and it was just because the service has been wonderful. As a 63 year old, I recall the super service given in the old department stores. I mourned the loss of that quality service as stores cut back, closed, went mall, outlet, superstore, online.
