I really love the Via Spiga brand of shoes; they seem to have stylish, cute, and somewhat comfortable shoes. I got these in the coral color, really vibrant and surprisingly works well with just about anything in my summery wardrobe. I was afraid they might look grandma-ish, but they don't. They're quite cute. Only drawback is that the area around the toes, the part just before the toes that is, is tight. After wearing these for a couple hours, I feel that part of my foot aching, y'know that foot bone below your pinky toe, the area where your foot is sort of its widest? That's where it starts to kill for me. I don't think I have wide feet, but some shoes just get me there after awhile, and this pair is one of them, I'm sad to say. I took them to a shoe repair shop to ask if they could stretch it, but they said they probably couldn't because of the way the suede fabric wraps around the heel at the front; stretching might cause it to tear. So I can only wear these for short, but stylish (!) periods of time. Maybe they will stretch out a bit on their own.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you that I will be a loyal customer for as long as you exist! I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
