I had a problem with lace up shoes making a sore on the top of my feet and an issue with a sore heel. I had bought Avia shoes before at a local retailer, but they don’t carry velcro closures. When I found these shoes on Zappos, I was thrilled. Ordering them was a snap and they arrived so quickly. They were comfortable the moment I took them out of the box. The fit was right and the size was true. I wore them to work the day I got them and have started walking my dogs again as my feet no longer hurt. I would highly recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a comfortable easy to put on shoe. They’re great and so is Zappos. I will be ordering my shoes from here in the future.

I purchased the Avia A334w in sizes 8.5 and 9. Reason being, larger size for standing all day at work. Both are comfortable and attractive and the velcro straps are very convenient. The arches are okay, but but not as good as some of my older Avias. Ordering from Zappos is probably the most efficient I have ever used.

I love these shoes. I had a bad attack of Plantar Fasciitis and my doctor actually told me to buy these shoes. They really do help. Also love the great service from Zappos.

I’ve ordered 5 pair of Avia 334W. In the last few years, I’ve ordered a half size larger in all athletic shoes and did so with this shoe. My sister prefers these because of the quick release straps. These shoes are comfortable and are good to go after, with about an hour of break in time.
