These shoes are very comfortable. In the past when I would wear any type of sandals, my feet would get sore. Not with these! They are worth the price and I also find that these sandles in particular are not true to size. I normally wear a size 10 shoe. When the sandal arrived, it was too long, so I ordered the 9 and it was perfect. These sandals are just like wearing slippers and look good with shorts or long pants.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
