I have repeatedly purchased Nine West shoes and have never been disappointed. The quality of their products are outstanding and very fashionable. I have a number of their shoes that are 4 or 5 years old, having them re-dyed and using good leather care. They seem almost indestructible. I highly recommend any of their shoes based solely on the quality of their products.

These sandals are great looking and comfortable! They fit my narrow foot well because of all the straps.

GREAT SEXY, COMFY, TRENDY SHOE -
BOOM CHICKA WOW-WOW! Surprisingly Sexy sandal for a flat . . . thank goodness - I'm a nurse and am all about comfort, but still love to look sexy! This sandal fits the bill - I imagined they would be comfortable, but they surpassed my expectations, look really hot! Pays to check the Zappos website periodically for new styles - these are new & just what I'd been looking for since gladiators came into style with a vengeance - love the look, but been searching for many months for something without a 3-4 in. heel so they wouldn't be what I call "cruel shoes." Couldn't be happier with these - have spotted another new style with hardware & circle cutouts in the wide straps that will be next. Zappos fulfills my need for instant gratification with their speedy service & meticulous packaging - best of the 4 similar sites I have bought from. Nicest, easiest site to use - clear pictures, huge selection! Thanx!

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
