Superb arch support, outstanding comfort shoe -
A rare combination of delicateness and ruggedness rolled into one terrific comfort shoe made with softer-than-glove soft nappa leather. The broad toe box makes it great for all day wear. Superb arch support, if you have a high arch. Fits snugly without being tight. Actual shoe looks more stylish than pictures would suggest. Especially compared to the cloddish shoes in similar design from Mephisto or Ecco. Competently functions as a business dress shoe, meaning it's dressy enough to wear with a jacket and tie, and has enough casual touches to be dressed down with blue jeans, and everything in between. Magnificent sole that will last a very long time. Leather lining as in any of the higher priced Bruno Magli shoes. Great value, and of course, superb service from Zappos.

I purchased two pair of the Bruno Magli Ashton's one in black and one in brown and they were exactly what I wanted. Both fit perfectly and are very comfortable.

I was unable to purchase these shoes in Canada and so I found them at Zappos...
Yup, they are my favorite shoes and Zappos is my favorite shoe store. Their service was second to none and they now ship to Canada.

Absolutely wonderful -
Have both the black and brown. These are the shoes that I reach for most often from the closet. Just wonderfully comfortable and I will continue to buy them as long as they are made. I even have a back-up new pair in brown in the bullpen just in case they get discontinued.

Comfortable, wonderful shoes.

The Bruno Magli Ashton is one of the most comfortable and durable shoes that I have ever purchased. The leather top is supple and flexible and the rubber sole provides for a very comfortable walking experience. The shoe is sufficiently stylish that it can be work with business attire, but is also sufficiently durable and comfortable to be worn on an all-around basis. I will definitely continue to by the Ashton as long as Bruno Magli continues to make it.

I personally would not wear these with a suit; however, they are perfect Friday shoes. These rank right up there with the most comfortable shoes in my collection, however, the looks are borderline boring, and will not draw a lot of compliments - they seem to get lost on the shuffle.
These shoes are well constructed in typical Bruno Magli fashion, and wear very well. Recommended if you are not fishing for compliments!

Nice shoe, but heavy and hot.
This shoe is very well built. Very nice leather, support, and craftsmanship. I have found them to be a heavier shoe than expected. You can feel the extra weight of these shoes and for some reason they are hot. Even though the leather is top-notch they do not breathe as much as I would like. Maybe they would be OK for a cold climate. Overall, very comfortable, but I hope I can find a comparable shoe that is lighter and breathes better.

Almost perfect...
Stylish handmade Italian leather that looks great with a suit or with jeans. This is my second pair. My only two minor complaints are: Shoes are very soft leather, so care needs to be taken not to scratch them; and, since they are so soft, they are sized slightly smaller than marked. After a very brief break-in, they are some of the most comfortable shoes you will ever wear.

The perfect shoe for a man on the move.
This a very elegant, enduring and comfortable shoe. I have been buying this model of shoes for a couple of years now. They're a little more expensive, but they're worth the investment.

This is a very comfortable shoe. The only problem is that the soft leather shows wear very easily. A couple of times the leather, in fact, tore very slightly. For the money, you get comfort, but I wouldn't say value.

At last, I’ve found it -‘Foot Nirvana’. When I slipped into these beauties, I swear they were custom made just for my feet. Outstanding comfort. Beautiful style. Exceptional quality. Perfect fit. I sent back the Mephistos. I sent back the J&Ms. These are the ones! A must have.

I first ordered Mephisto's but they were at least a size and a half large so I exchanged for Brunos exactly like I already own but a different color and they feel a half to small. Not sure if I'll order any more shoes.

The sole of this shoe is very uncomfortable on hard surfaces such as concrete, outdoor brick etc.

Foot pains disappear -
I started a new career where I am on my feet the majority of the day. I had to kick my old shoes off when I got home from work. I purchased these after my doctor told me the reason why I had pains in my feet were because of my old shoes. Once I placed these on my feet, the pain started to dissipate, no lie. In fact as I write this review I am wearing them as no part of my foot feels pain. If you can afford these shoes, which I can't, and you are on your feet all day and want to look good when you meet the CEO, then I truly recommend these shoes.

Bruno Magli never fails -
I think I'm only going to buy Bruno Magli shoes from now on. I bought these Ashton slip ons and they're very comfortable. I'm on my feet 12 hours a day and need a comfortable shoe. These were comfortable immediately. Highly recommended.

Very soft but delicate leather. Be sure you know your heel to ball measurement for correct fit. Too small a size feels right but won't wear right.

These shoes were given to me. They are a very comfortable shoe. They wear great, fit true to size, but is average when it comes to look. The comfront and fit off set anything when it comes to looks.
