I will never buy running shoes online again! It was a bad idea. These shoes do not in fact seem to have any arch support and after running in them once, I had fairly bad knee pain, which I've never had before. I got some arch support inserts for them, went running again, and the padding on the inside of the shoe near the ankles (there is much more of it than in most shoes) caused me to get a sprain. I'm sure these shoes will work for someone, but unless you've worn these before, I wouldn't buy them here. I didn't think it would be right to return them after running 10 sweaty miles in them, so they are going to Goodwill.

I buy only Eccos since they seem to fit me better than any other shoe. This particular shoe is a winner. And I always buy my shoes from Zappos. Their customer service and quick delivery and return (if necessary) are outstanding. You can count on them.

I love these shoes! I have bone spurs on both of my heels, and I thought that I wouldn't ever be able to run again, but these shoes have helped a lot. I still can't run full speed, but I can jog and not get any pain. I had been wearing New Balance shoes for years when I developed bone spurs, though I'm not sure if that's what caused them. I have high arches, and I wasn't good about stretching, and that might have been why. This is my fourth pair of Eccos, and I can't imagine a better running shoe. People have said that these run small, but I haven't experienced this. I'm a size 9 (close to 8.5), and Ecco's 9 is perfect for me.

 |  | Hi. I usually do not send out emails like feedback, but I just want to say thanks for a great sale from your business. I take a very large size (13 EEEE) and ordered a pair of Nike sneakers. I received my UPS delivery this afternoon and the sneakers fit perfectly! The price was right and it is good to see a business not gouging to sell items for customers like myself that are hard to fit. I will be back for more when the time and need comes. Also, thanks for having PayPal to purchase my sneakers.
