Total package style and function - I got it for the looks and it works amazing great amount of space it's worth every penny I have it for 2and 1/2 years traveling every four months and it still looks and works great.

	Dear customer service guys: I wanted to say how awesome your staff is. I've dealt with several via phone doing some shoe shopping, and they're always, always, always cheerful and they personalize the conversation. Your staff seems to enjoy their work and makes shopping online/exchanging via phone a breeze. The VIP overnight shipping is great too, but I could do without that as long as your staff continued their positive, personal service to customers. Thanks so much to whoever trains your staff...you've obviously got great staff training programs and great managers/supervisors. Thanks again!!!
