I just spent a month in Russia and, though I had brought several pairs of boots with me, these were the only ones I wore. My pair was brand new so I was concerned they may need some breaking in but they were instantly comfortable and incredibly light. They are easy to take off and put back on, which is necessary when visiting Russian friends, and kept my feet completely dry through rain and snow. I must admit, I bought them because they are very attractive but the real value is in their functionality. I laugh now that I even hesitated because of the price tag, they are so worth it!

Superior boot, comfortable right out of the box, with durable soles. Good ankle support. The 4D chasis hood has actually worked very well, prevents pronation and promotes a consistent stride
