Very Impressed -
My first thought when I opened the box was that the shoe looked almost exactly like a pair of Dockers that I own. The shoe is not ugly, but for double the price, I expected something a little different. Then, I put them on. Wow. Fit perfect and felt fantastic. The best feeling shoe I believe I have had on - very soft, comfortable sole. I would buy again easily!!

 |  | Dear Customer Service, I would like to personally say Zappos is an amazing company that I will always order from. I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service. There is no reason for me to order anywhere else for shoes. Zappos has the best selection of shoes that are gorgeous and also the customer service team is always incredible and extremely helpful.
