The shoes fit and wear great. Used them at the Beach and in the ocean this summer. Zappos is the best. The delivery and return policy is great.

The Saugatuck -
My only problems with this shoe is the incredible amount of debris that gets in it. I would have guessed some many small rocks/sticks/leaves could get in the small holes surrounding your foot but they do. I bought these shoes hoping to enjoy them as an alternative to my hiking boots but not sure about that. Having to stop to empty them all the time is a drag. Also difficult to put them back on with one hand due to the interior fabric components. Kind of like putting a damp sock back on. I like the look of the shoe and the wear but probably won't do much trailing in it.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: I love all my Merrell's (7 pairs) but this is my least favorite.

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
