I bought these shoes in a 6 1/2 and one of the rivets broke the second time I wore them. Zappos was fantastic in replacing them, but I decided to get a size 7 instead of a 6 1/2 in the replacement pair. I love these shoes, wear them often with shorts and skirts, and have not had any problems with the second pair. I will continue to buy shoes from Zappos because they have exceptional customer service!

I ordered these in wide, while they tend to NOT run wide; these at least were wide enough for me to fit, unlike the Vigotti Eilis that I had to return. Vigotti shoes are very well made; I like to order more Vigotti. Vigotti, please make your shoes wider! It's difficult to find wide stylish well made shoes.

I love these sandals. One of the rivets rubbed my big toe the first time I wore them, but that was it. I’ve worn them several times since without any discomfort. They are wonderful for walking and they look fierce. I’m glad I bought these.

 |  | I have never been a big online shopper until I recently found myself with little time to go out and shop. I was browsing around for some boots online one day and after noticing my boss frequently getting Zappos packages, I decided to check you out. I found some great boots but they were a tad too small when I got them yesterday. I was bummed thinking I'd have to wait several more days to get my boots but I ordered the next size up last night at 10:00. I woke up to an email this morning saying my shipping was upgraded to priority shipping free of charge and would ship out TODAY?! Not even twelve hours after I placed my order! I hardly had time to get the tape on the box to return the first pair of boots and my new ones should be on my front porch when I get home (I tracked them and they are out for delivery!)
