These shoes have instantly become my favorite shoe. The arch support and comfort are truly great. As my only slip-on, and my first pair of Ropers, they stay securely on my feet. I use a shoehorn every time I put them on to preserve the heel counter, but it’s not necessary. I love the looks - the leather is top quality. It polishes/conditions to a long-lasting sheen with very little effort. I’m looking at another pair now with different leather!

 |  | I have told friends and family about Zappos and it was just because the service has been wonderful. As a 63 year old, I recall the super service given in the old department stores. I mourned the loss of that quality service as stores cut back, closed, went mall, outlet, superstore, online. Zappos translated that old time service to the internet, and even improved that quality service. And a young shoe store guy told me about your company. |  | ~ , August 30 2009
