My husband loves these shoes. He always buys Clark\'s, but he found these to be particularly comfortable and good looking. He said they needed no break-in time at all, they were super comfy from day one.

Quality outstanding. After using for two weeks, could not feel comfortable with the chafing on the outer foot bone. The shoe just dips too low on the outside to be comfortable. The actual footprint is larger than you would expect. I might add I have been wearing them as a "boat shoe" without socks. Would be more comfortable with socks. This is the first pair of Clarks I was not 100% satisfied with in 20 years.

I am extremely happy with the looks, quality, and sizing of these shoes. They are extremely comfortable and amazingly light weight. One of the best shoes I've purchased from Clark, and I've had many of their products.

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
