I love these shoes; however, the heel height was just a little too high for me. Boo! (By the way, if you do like them, the red ones were cuter than the blue ones.)

	I just wanted to say how much I love Zappos and your customer service. I recently had an order of 4 pairs of shoes. I knew if they didn't work out I could return them without any problems or questions. Luckily I liked all the shoes. But best of all you shipped them all in one large box which was really convenient because I didn't have to wait for 4 shipments. Thanks again, Michael
