Great pair of shoes and very comfortable! The images of this shoe don\'t do it justice. From the pictures of this shoe, I wasn\'t sure it would arrive and be something I loved. However, as soon as I put them on, I was so happy with my purchase. Every time I wear them I get compliments, and I can walk around the city all day comfortably.

	After placing an order online, I realized that I didn't log into the site with the VIP, but with the regular Zappos.com. I immediately called your 24/7 hot line, and had one of the best customer service agents ever! Not only was she helpful in changing the shipping immediately, I also asked her to help me find similar boots in a different color, and she really tried her best to do so. I want to thank her once again for her kindness, support, and help! It is easy and fast to complain, and very rare to get a compliment! This is definitely a compliment for an excellent rep!
