Oh! These boots are beautiful and somehow actually zip over my gigantic man calves (I have only found three pairs of tall boots that could conquer my calves). I purchased the whiskey color and I like it much more than a normal brown. Sometimes they bunch a bit around the ankles, but if you wear thick socks it really doesn't matter much. I've worn them almost every day and get tons of compliments. I normally wear a size 6, but got a 6.5 because I was worried about the calf size. The soles of the shoes have had decent traction in the rain, and the inside of the boot is lined with a pretty teal/blue peacock feather print. The quality of the leather isn't as nice as some brands like Frye, but these were exactly what I wanted: an off color that goes with everything, comfortable, flat. Perfect.

 |  | Can I just say, I have always hated shopping for shoes until I stumbled upon Zappos. Zappos has changed the way I shoe shop. Since discovering Zappos, it is the only place I shoe shop. No more dragging from store to store to find the right shoes and the right size. I love Zappos! I have ordered dress shoes, boots and casual shoes from Zappos. On occasions I have had to return shoes because they just were not what I wanted; either they did not feel right or they were not the look I wanted. The return policy is so easy and Zappos does not make you feel guilty for returns! P.S. My husband even shops from Zappos now. He cannot believe how great the customer service is. We love you Zappos!
