I usually wear 8 or 8.5 and I ordered 8. They fit perfect. I love the style; perfect for jeans or with tights and skirt. I may buy another pair, though I noticed there is an outer coating on the heel that seems to be fraying on only the second wearing. Would otherwise have given 5 stars.

Comfy to wear right out of the box. I ordered these in the gray suede and am absolutely thrilled. They were snug when I first put them on, but by the next day, they slid off and on with ease. No blistering, no rubbing, no sliding; it's like a comfy pair of suede socks on walkable heels. Perfect with skinny jeans, and with my shipping upgraded for free, I received them in less than 24 hours. Zappos is the only company I will ever buy shoes from. Period.

Cute red bootie. Very good for anyone with a wide foot, as the rounded toe allows extra room. However, the pebble-texture red leather version seemed raw, very dry, and unfinished. I was afraid it would start to peel and chip upon my first wearing, especially wearing them in colder weather. It seems like the suede version may be better, so I may order them. Unfortunately, I had to send this rockin' red boot back (because, as we all know, there's nothing better than a red boot!). I'll continue my search!

 |  | My first experience with Zappos.com was during the winter a few years ago when I needed a pair of silver sandals to wear during the holidays. I saw Zappos.com advertised at the airport and thought to see what they were about. The rest is history. During that search for sandals I had as many as nine pairs here to try. They came the day after I ordered them via FedEx and those I didn't choose (I ended up with two pairs) I put back in the box, taped it shut, attached the prepared return label they had enclosed with the shipment, and dropped them off at the packaging store that same day. They were gone almost as easily as walking away from a pile of tried on rejects in the department store! Since then I use them more than 70% of the time when I am shoe shopping. There really isn't anything quite like trying on shoes with the clothes in my closet as well as trying for fit and comfort. It's an ideal way to buy shoes and I highly recommend it!
