These shoes are nice, styling, but somewhat narrow at the forefoot and toes. It took a few days to wear before they felt comfortable. Otherwise, nice casual shoes, look great with jeans or casual pants. As always great service from "Zappos", great service, prompt delivery!

The foot bed is more comfortable once I put a gel insert into it. The zipper on the left boot doesn't stay up. It continually slips down. The overall feel is comfortable; probably would be loose if you had a narrow foot.

I have had an amazingly positive experience with Zappos. I was searching for the perfect pair of dress boots, and I certainly found them! Steve Madden is probably my favorite footwear designer; I have several pairs of shoes and sneakers by this company. Great quality, great designs, and Zappos got them to me sooner than I'd expected! Thanks very much!

 |  | I have told EVERYONE about Zappos.com. I first heard about you from a co-worker who is a shoe freak - she loves your site. When I couldn't find the shoes my dad has worn for years anywhere in local retail shops - I visited your site and found the exact pair, size and FREE shipping. I was hooked. When my stepdaughter said she needed a dutch oven for X-Mas, I immediately logged on and found not one, but 2 styles at great prices - and FREE shipping - so I ordered BOTH of them - THEN today I get an e-mail saying you've upgraded my shipping so she'll get it in time to use for Thanksgiving cooking - HOW GREAT IS THAT? I love y'all -and will continue to sing your praises to any and everyone who bemoans on-line shopping - or hates to go to the mall. YOU ROCK!
