Bought these shoes for my wife for our weekly hikes and they work great! She wanted something like a tennis shoe but that would be more tough and last longer for hikes. Plus support and comfort were a concern. She also has problem with blisters and the last 2 pair of boots she has owned gave her NASTY blisters, she has not had that problem with these shoes yet! They definetely fit the bill!

These are awesome shoes. I bought them for hiking, and they are very comfortable.
