These quickly became my favorite camping shoe because they've got the tread of a hiking boot, the weight of a flip flop, and the athleticism of a sneaker.
I had to replace my first pair because they melted in a camp fire and although I tried to salvage them they gave me blisters if I wore them to get the mail. Bummer, right...?
Even bigger bummer...Puma STOPPED making them.
BUY THEM NOW BEFORE THEY'RE GONE FOREVER!
They are the most comfortable shoe ever and they're super cool looking too.

Very good for everyday wear.
I have a pair of silver/gray/red 5000m's and they are great. They look good with straight leg jeans because they aren't bulky, and they are extremely comfortable. At first I didn't like them, but after a few months the spikes on the bottom wore down and they look really cool once that happens. In the meantime they're extremely comfortable and great for warm or moderate weather, grip great for running or the gym, and have an original look that nobody else wears.

My shoes and no one else’s -
Yo I love these shoes so much. OMG dream yo. They’re hot!!! I always wanted them and when someone told me they had em and I flew home to check and I got these shoes like that. I was like dad let me borrow that credit card and he did so I got them. Yo the color is sick and so are the spikes and they look hot with any pants. They are almost like the Puma Lab II I have does in blue and orange and they look hot with anything blue and I also have these other Pumas. That’s my favorite brand Puma. I have Puma shoes some clothes and sox.

Small and Pointy -
I couldn't tell from the pictures that the sole on these things are narrow as hell. They fit fine but I was almost standing on the side of the shoe. It seemed a bit ridiculous, especially for the money.

I have now owned 4 pair of these shoes. I wish Puma would bring them back because they are awesome. Not only do they look cool, but they are comfortable and versatile. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very comfortable, a nice small, clean looking shoe. I wanted something not too bulky on my feet so they are nice and lightweight. They look good with skinny jeans. They are very comfortable, they kinda look like I should be playing soccer in them or something, but the balls on the sole are kinda cushy and nice to walk around on. I get lots of compliments on them too.

These are fantastic! I wear a size 9 Narrow in most shoes, so I ordered size 9 and they are snug and fit perfectly without crowding my toes. The rubber bubbles on the soles make for hours of comfortable walking around the city. Great look - I have the cream/wine color and they are very cute. Recommended.

I have the cranberry-like color and love the way they look. I ordered the 7 (I usually wear a 6-6.5) because of the reviews, but Zappos accidentally sent me a 5.5. Well, they fit perfectly. I don't know if I just got a freak pair that didn't run small, but they are roomy enough and super cute.

The Puma 5000m -
This shoe is a throwback to the great shoes of the 1970s such as the Nike Elite and Adidas Super-Comp. Great shoe for forefoot strikers. Works well on trails and roads. Super racing shoe for competitive runners. Since it is a different style running shoe, you should train in it first, before entering a marathon with it.

Overall the sneaker is comfortable; the other reviews are very helpful in deciding the size you need to bye. The shoe does run small and slightly narrow. SO you definitely need to go at least a 1/2 size bigger.

I have not been able to take these shoes off! They are so comfortable and are so sleek I am able to wear them to work. They do fit on the small side but I like my shoes to fit me snug. Traction on them is great for riding my bike when I am going up hill and have to stand. Love em! Love em! Love em!

Not bad, they are a little on the small side and the traction will wear out quick if your using these shoes for the daily grind. 5 stars to Zappos on response time.

These are great- they are surprisingly comfortable like everyone says. They feel true to size when wearing a thin nylon sock, but if you were to wear a normal cotton sock, get a half size larger. I would opt for the nylon sock if any, they hit really low on the ankle. I have received lots of compliments like everyone here says. They leave a funny imprint in your carpet. Get em' you love em'.

Paintball Shoes -
These puma 5000m may fall under running shoes but the paintball player's would say these shoes are best for paintball, they are light, the rubber grips on the side and bottoms are best for turf fields, puma needs to market these shoes through paintball, the cost is a little high and Puma would sell a lot more if they sold for cheaper. These shoes are the best and when my new pair of puma's 5000m wear out I plan on buying them again.

This is a great shoe! Looks awesome (compliments galore) and is very comfortable. Puma makes the greatest shoes on earth and Zappos has the greatest service imaginable, they have overnight shipping as well! My whole family has ordered several times and will continue to.

Cute but not comfy -
I ordered these sneakers as a substitute to the old Puma sneakers I had to throw away after 5 years of wear and tear. I don't think these sneakers will last that long, though. They are very cute and fashionable, and the colors are great, but they are not well-made sneakers; they look and feel very flimsy, like they might fall apart at any moment, and they are not very comfortable. Also, even though they are made with a meshing, I have found my feet sweating. Yuck. Not worth the money on style alone.
