Shoe Size: Felt a half size larger than marked

Sizing runs large! Just got these shoes for my husband. He has other Tiger shoes. These run at least a half size large, maybe even more. They are also narrow.

 |  | Your customer service is so awesome you must get sick of receiving these types of emails, however I had to send a thank you. I only placed my order yesterday and yet today I get home from work and SURPRISE! My boots are here! Free shipping, fast shipping, giant selection...what else can a customer ask for? Customer service in general is lacking when dealing with other retailers but Zappos rules!
