This shoe is like wearing a slipper. It fits true to size and is good for various exercises. I wouldn\'t wear them all day if you need a lot of arch support but I can wear them for several hours and they are the most comfortable workout shoe I\'ve ever owned. My chiropractor recommended these and I\'m glad I listened.

Have these in gray (silver) and blue. Lots of compliments on them. Wanted a cute shoe to run errands in. I will say, probably not enough support for doing aerobic activity in. But I love that they are super lightweight and great for me to wear to the gym on my strength training days. I had a different pair of Nike Free years ago, and wore them out. I will probably wear these out, too. Wear them more often than I planned because they are comfy.

I have mixed feelings about these shoes. I love they way they look, they're sleek and stylish, without the clunky tennis shoe vibe. When used for just casual wear, they are extremely light and comfortable, I call them my Ninja shoes. The only problem is, when I use them for the treadmill (30 minutes at a time), about halfway through I'll start to get some weird shooting pains up the sides of my legs. I am hoping that this is because of the technology of these new shoes and that I just need to build up some different muscles, so I'm going to stick with them for awhile, but for now, it's an issue (when I switch to my old regular Nikes, I don't get the pains).

Love the pink version of this shoe. Super comfortable, but still stylish; all the pluses of sneakers but now that look cute. Good arch support. The pink is really pink. They're statement shoes, and I love mine!

This is a very comfortable sneaker, doesn\'t rub on the toes, fits well around the heal and foot. Ordered a 1/2 size up and it fits well. Read about the sneaker in "Born to Run" by Christopher McDougall (a good read). Like it for jogging or going about town. Looks cute too.

Bought these Nike Free Trainer 7.0.IV in the white and purple. Not for training, just for wearing. White for work and purple to show my colors for the Ravens! Very comfortable for work in the dental office and a little flashy too. I have a wide foot and these have plenty of room. I always order two sizes of the same shoe, one in size 8 and one in 8.5. You just never know, but the 8.5 fit perfect. Got lots of compliments on the flash! Very lightweight. Zappos is always great to deal with and shipping is always fast.

Based on reviews I sized up half a size due to my wide instep and the fit was perfect. I walk/jog 30 minutes a day and shoes were exactly what I was looking for. May not be the shoe for a more serious runner. I got the black/hot pink combo and thought they were very cute.

Had the Nike Free Trainer 5 before and they didn't give me enough support. The 7 solves this problem. Haven't run very long distances in them, but has been great for elliptical and general weight training.

Excellent shoe for flexibility. I only wear “Free’s” now. Trainer is a bit stiff compared to 5.0 version, if you’re used to this.

I love these shoes! this is my 3rd pair. I had a hard time finding them in local stores, but Zappos had a great selection. I walk 4 miles 3 or 4 times a week and my feet feel great. They have good support and are very comfortable in warm weather. Love them!

Awesome shoe! Very comfortable for running. Very "grippy" for a shoe. A little too grippy to play basketball or do anything other than run.

The shoes look great. They are light, and comfortable. They make my feet and calves work harder making them stronger. I do not recommend for distances longer than a 10k.

 |  | My first experience with Zappos.com was during the winter a few years ago when I needed a pair of silver sandals to wear during the holidays. I saw Zappos.com advertised at the airport and thought to see what they were about. The rest is history. During that search for sandals I had as many as nine pairs here to try. They came the day after I ordered them via FedEx and those I didn't choose (I ended up with two pairs) I put back in the box, taped it shut, attached the prepared return label they had enclosed with the shipment, and dropped them off at the packaging store that same day. They were gone almost as easily as walking away from a pile of tried on rejects in the department store! Since then I use them more than 70% of the time when I am shoe shopping. There really isn't anything quite like trying on shoes with the clothes in my closet as well as trying for fit and comfort. It's an ideal way to buy shoes and I highly recommend it!
