I was looking forward to getting soft comfy suede shoes and I got hard, uncomfortable shoes that were a total disappointment They were also wider than I expected, which isn't easy since I have very wide feet. I am very impressed with how quickly I received them and am starting all over again.

I was totally surprised to receive my David Tate, Demi shoes, this morning! I was told by Zappos customer service person that I wouldn't receive my order in Hawaii quick as I wanted. So I was shocked this morning when the mailman delivered a parcel to me with Zappos printed on the box. Thank you so much! You guys are the bomb! I love the shoes! They fit perfectly! I'll write another review in a month! Aloha!

Love these shoes; seem to fit right on. Puma color is really lovely, a warm chocolate brown; just enough wedge to be fashionable. Comfortable to walk.

I really needed a pair of black shoes for work and I wanted something that I could dress up or down a little bit that would also work with pants or a skirt. These shoes really fit the bill. The little jewel detail is cute and elegant and I love the soft look of the suede. I've received several compliments on them. They are very comfortable. They don't pinch or rub anywhere, including my bunion. I found that the toe box on these ran a little tight so I went up a half size to a 6.5. I typically wear a 6WW. I've learned my lesson and from now on I'll buy all my shoes on Zappos.com. I have wasted a lot of time trying on shoes in stores and when I do find my size, the styles are typically awful. Zappos selection is incredible, the prices are reasonable and the service has been stellar. A tip for anyone that's not certain about what size to order: buy two sizes and return the one you don't want. With the free shipping labels it's very easy to send back the one that doesn't fit for a fast, easy refund.

I want to thank you for the great service and selection I receive from Zappos. It was very hard to shop for my brother-in-law because, his feet swell very badly. He wears 12 1/2 6E. With you it was no problem. The quality of the brands you have are simply wonderful. I just had to share this. In this day and time it is very hard to find great customer service.
