Uncomfortable for walking. Bought these for trip to NY City shopping, and tested them out the day before. Loved the wide width, as I planned to wear with thicker socks. What a mistake! These are very flat, without any substantial cushioning in the ball of your foot, and toe area. They are at an awkward angle too, not what you'd expect from Hush Puppies. My mom wears the same size, she tried them on and had the same reaction; they tip you forward so all the pressure is on the front/ball of your foot. There needs to be more padding or cushioning. I wore these in the house for about an hour and of course, in the house they were great. But then I decided to test wear them for a couple hours doing errands the day before the trip and I am so glad I test drove them! They killed my feet. They are worn now, so I can't return them. Also the dye seems to have been concentrated in one of my shoes, as it came off on my white socks. Never would have known it if I didn't wear white socks. A mistake!

I am disappointed with the quality of how these shoes are made. Sole is not sturdy, which surprised me because in the photo, it looks thick. Arch support is not supportive. Does not work well with socks since the inside is lined. They seemed comfortable when I first wore them, but I have now learned that I can only wear them for part of the day. After a few hours, my feet hurt in these shoes because they lack support. Wish I could return them.

These shoes are great. They run true to size and are warm and very comfortable. I received them, as always, within a day or two of ordering them. Zappos rules!

Very friendly, customer oriented company to deal with. I have always been extremely happy with their products and services. Their speedy delivery is a big plus. I would highly recommend Zappos to anyone.

I would like to start off by saying: Zappos.com is amazing. My first order with Zappos.com wasn't that long ago. On one of my orders, Zappos was so amazing to give me a special priority in upgrading my shipping date to the next day I placed my order. What other place does that? Not only did they do that, they always email you right away when you place an order. Other websites take so long, you worry if they even got the order. And, in Zappos website, it's so helpful. When looking at an item, it gives all the information you need. Your size, your color, and price range you are willing to spend. AND if the item is sold out, they email you once the item is back in stock. Come on! What other website does all of this! None! When I receive my shipment(s) at home, the packaging is so cute, neat.
