I bought these in black. They do run short, but the width is true to size. I usually wear a 9, but got them in the 9.5. I'm happy with them!

I wanted to like these. The footbed does feel comfortable. However, the placement of the straps made them, for me, difficult to keep on my feet when walking! Plus, the leather is 'raw' and ouchy. I don't see the sense in going to the trouble of building a comfortable footbed filled with flaxseed or whatever, and topping them with tortuous straps. Maybe mounting Foot Petals or something would solve these problems, but they weren't quite cute enough to warrant the extra effort. I may try other styles in the line.

 |  | I know that *most* people only take the time to write CS when they have a problem or complaint, but...I'm so thrilled with my recent order, I just had to say “Awesome job, Zappos!” I have such a hard time finding cute, stylish shoes for my wide foot, and my mom told me about you. I purchased several pairs of shoes from you once before, but when they came, they just weren't what I had in mind and I was unhappy with them. But your awesome customer service and no shipping charges made me unafraid to try again! I recently purchased four pairs of shoes, got the order super fast, and so far I am absolutely thrilled with all of them! Your policies make it easier to buy shoes online. I will definitely use Zappos in the future, and will highly recommend you to friends and family! Thanks again Zappos!
