These sandals are exactly what I was looking for, very comfortable. No muss, no fuss. True to size, and a little cuter than plain flip-flops.

I was disappointed at the quality of the shoes. The foot bed was not as comfortable as I would have thought. When I tightened the top strap (which was way too loose) the toe strap pulled on the attachment area at the foot pad and created a small opening. This is the only thing I have ordered from Zappos that disappointed me...

 |  | I love zappos! Customer service is great. While some shoes do not always fit right, it is a brand issue not a zappos issue.
