As with other companies, I was all set to return the boot like several times until I managed to get the correct size, item,and color. To my surprise when the boots arrived, I opened the box and tried on the boots. Wow, they were the correct size, color and most important, as described in the ad. I only order boots with an inseam zipper. These boots were as ordered on the first try, unlike an other company whose boots arrived with out a zipper even tho the ad clearly shows a zipper. A good product at a good price. They'll get my next order, too.
