I purchased these shoes in hopes of finding a good stylish, comfortable shoe with good arch support. This shoe did not fit the bill. It is a cute, stylish shoe but it did not fit true to size (felt 1/2 size smaller) and not enough arch support for my wide, flat feet. Sadly I had to return them. I wish Zappos would offer more stylish orthopedic shoes.

I really like these shoes. They are very comfortable and the black patent croc design that I ordered is dressy enough to wear with the suits I wear for work. Thanks!

These Aetrex shoes are great. They look nice, are comfortable to wear walking around the city, and are well made. Definitely worth the price.

I received my Nancy shoes last week. I wore them to work and received multiple compliments about them. People remarked how sharp they looked and asked if they were comfortable. The Nancy shoes by Aetrex are extremely comfortable, and so elegantly designed. I love these shoes.

So close to being great . . .
These shoes are way cuter than most super-comfortable shoes, and there are a lot of things about them I like. Actually, I like everything about the left shoe. It's soft, fits perfectly, and has a nicely padded footbed. It's the right shoe that's the problem! Although both are marked 7M, the right shoe is unbearably tight. It seems to be the same length, but it must be a lot narrower. My feet are both the same size, and I've never had an issue like this, so it must be the shoe itself. I'm very sad to have to return these!

This is the first pair of shoes that I've kept from Zappos, and I love them. They're really comfortable, and they look terrific. I normally have to wear sensible shoes because I'm on my feet a lot, but these have a lot of attitude for a comfortable shoe.

 |  | I ordered some Globe Castros, but they were too big and so I needed to send them back. I was surprised at how customer friendly the instructions were and how quickly I was able to get my return label. Immediately after that I put another order except one size lower. Apparently I checked today and my item was put on priority with no extra cost. That is awesome customer service. Thanks Zappos team and continue providing this outstanding service!
