Great shoe, even more comfortable than my MBT sport lows. The shoe looks a lot better on than it does in pictures or on display. My husband said that the patent velcro straps make it look kind of like I'm wearing a trendy European ski boot without the "boot" part. For some reason the heel seems to fit a lot better than the sport lows, no slippage like I have experienced with other new MBTs. I really like this shoe.

	I just wanted to send an email to tell you how wonderful your company is and how satisfied I am and have been in the past with you! Even though I have only ordered from Zappos three times, I love the quality of the merchandise I have received and especially love the upgrade to overnight shipping!!!
